1 Thessalonians 5 tells us, "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." And indeed, we will rejoice that God is walking with Milly and the King family and we will also join to pray without ceasing for Milly's healing. Most specifically, we are praying that her new biopsy will be clear and she will be diagnosed in remission. We will be hosting a 24 hour prayer vigil for Milly King from 12:00 pm on Sunday, March 29 to 12:00 pm on Monday, March 30. We invite you to sign up for a 30 minute time to pray without ceasing for Milly and the King family. You are welcome to pray from wherever you feel most comfortable. The prayer room at Hatteras UMC will also be open and available for use. Please sign up for a time to pray as we gather knowing that we are not alone. Thanks be to God.
