The Cape Hatteras United Methodist Men (CHUMM) are an ecumenical group of men and women volunteers from all walks of faith, bonded together with the sole purpose of providing compassionate assistance to those most in need on Hatteras Island, without stipulation or discrimination.
They meet every third Saturday at Buxton UMC at 8:30 am for breakfast, to discuss local projects, and explore their faith together.
